What we do
Smart4Wheels provides independent advice on buying and running a car in India: shortlisting and comparing cars, choosing insurance, understanding warranty cover, and arranging servicing.
Smart4Wheels is a sole proprietorship of Suyash Kamle, registered under the M.P. Shops and Establishments Act, 1958 (registration BHOP261001SE000032), at A-205 Signature City, Katara Hills, Bhopal 462043, Madhya Pradesh, India. Your contract is with that proprietorship.
We are a consultancy. We do not sell cars, insurance policies, warranties or service plans. We advise you on them, and the fee you pay is for that advice.
What our advice is not
Our advice is an informed opinion based on published specifications, prices and our own experience. It is not financial advice, legal advice, insurance broking, or a mechanical inspection or certification.
Prices, specifications, offers and availability are set by manufacturers, dealers and insurers and change frequently. We check them carefully, but we cannot guarantee a third party will honour a price we have quoted.
The decision to buy anything remains yours.
Bookings and payment
Consultations are booked and paid for in advance, from ₹199. The price shown at checkout is the price charged; nothing is added afterwards.
Slots are in Indian Standard Time. A video consultation is thirty minutes. A service pickup is a time we will arrive at the address you give us. An in-city expert visit is arranged with you after payment.
Your booking is confirmed when the payment succeeds. You will receive confirmation on screen and by email, with a joining link for a video consultation.
Changing or cancelling
You may move a booking yourself, up to twice, until four hours before it starts. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What we ask of you
Give us accurate details. We call the number and email the address you provide, and we cannot deliver a service to details that are wrong.
Be available at the time you booked. For a pickup, make sure the car and its keys are available at the address given.
Do not record a consultation without telling us first.
If something goes wrong
If we cannot deliver a consultation at the booked time, we will offer another time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for the decisions you take after our advice, for the acts of any dealer, insurer or workshop, or for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
